We have been blessed with the opportunity to serve hundreds of CEOs since we started our leadership advisory business.
Our clients lead Fortune 1000 enterprises, mid-market companies, and smaller, growth businesses.
We continue to grow with them and learn from them. So, in this new series, we will share the best leadership advice that one of our CEO clients has received.
Today we will feature Jeff Jensen, CEO, JFO Group.
The three best pieces of leadership advice I have received are:
- It matters not whether you think you can or cannot, you are correct.
- You get what you inspect, not what you expect.
- The best way to learn good judgment is through having (lots and lots of) bad judgment.
I have shared these with many team members at times when the person is most likely to hear what is being said. And I repeat these to myself while passing through both good times and bad times.
