Who is standing in line to become a people manager? Well, that line is short!
Getting promoted to a manager was once a key career milestone. Today, many early-career professionals consider it a punishment.
A survey of 10,000+ LinkedIn users revealed that 69% of them would leave their job if they had a bad manager. However, only 30% said they want to become a people manager within the next few years.
A key reason people do not want to step into leadership roles is—in most cases—no one has shown them how to lead well.
In fact, a survey of 500 managers by West Monroe Consulting found that 66% received eight hours or less of manager training. More alarming is that those who had been managers for less than a year, 43% had received no training at all.
To combat this trend, we are helping to build the next generation of leaders and have equipped over 100,000 leaders to:
- Lead in the new world of work,
- Engage people’s minds and hearts,

We have tailored many engaging and practical leadership workshops to elevate personal, team, and organizational leadership.
This training draws upon our proprietary, field-tested leadership models, which are highlighted in 16 books that have been translated into 10 languages.
